Zone Alarm Pro hangs

Greetings,

We've installed Zone Alarm Pro on two separate NT 4 Servers with Post
SP6a. Zone Alarm hangs and becomes unresponsive. This behavior happens
on both servers. We have to reboot the servers to get Zone Alarm working
again. Has anyone experience this situation? Any or all comments
welcome.
