A representative from Technology Resource Center (TRC), the new
reseller for selected UC software agreements, will make a short
presentation on Monday, November 5th, at 3:00 pm in 60 Barrows
(basement). Here's the agenda.
1. Introduction
2. Brief description of TRC.
3. Services to be provided by TRC under the UC agreement. Quick
survey of product sets handled by TRC:
Adobe
FileMaker
IBM/Lotus
Microsoft Select
Symantec
Forthcoming agreement: Macromedia
4. Getting information from TRC: custom website, contacts, etc.
5. Placing orders with TRC: information needed on an order,
procedures, the special case of Microsoft Select orders, etc.
6. Giving feedback to TRC.
7. Licensing issues: proof of license, etc.
8. Q&A: plenty of time will be available for questions.
