Yes. This allows you to view and edit your calendar from nearly
any Web browser.
To use it, visit the home page for the campus's shared calendaring
service, CalAgenda, at <http://calagenda.berkeley.edu/>, and then
select the prominent "View Your Calendar" link.
(This link also appears in the left-hand 'navigation bar' on all of
the Web pages on the CalAgenda Web site.)

Yes. This is a planned enhancement to the CalAgenda service, most
likely to be made available sometime this fall.
You might also be interested to note that the CalAgenda service
supports synchronizing your CorporateTime calendar events with
