Ok, how do I determine a test certificate? I have already logged into the
Surepay site. I don't remember whether I accepted a certificate or
not. When I review my certificates under Intermediate Certification
Authority I find a Verisign class 3 that says it fails to verify for all
its intended uses. Under the Trusted Root Certification Authorities all
Verisign certificates claim to serve their expected purposes.
I also found a number of expired certificates, some of which I could delete
and some of which did not allow me to delete them.
