MS-Access corrupted forms

Hi guys-

I am having a persistent problem with MS-Access.

When trying to open a form, I get the message:

The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and
another user are attempting to
change the same data at the same time. 

--

Only one user (me) was accessing the database.

Once the form gets corrupted, I cannot replace it (via export from a clean 
database) nor delete the form.

I sure could use some advice from a MS-Access expert.
