Hi
A few days ago, I posted a message (which is attached below) on printer
repair and mentioned that I was not able to get help from WHSG. Both Dan
Stone and Larry Clark from WHSG immediately responed to the posting to
apologize and explain the situation. The lack of reply from various WHSG
staffs to my earlier inquiries between 12/2000 and earlier this month was
due to a series of mistakes in their office e.g. lost emails, misplaced
order etc. By the way, Dan assured me that WHSG has made an effort to
prevent this in the future.
But what matters most to me in this incident is WHSG's prompt response to
rectify the situation after they realized the mistakes. And I appreciate
their help in obtaining the parts that I needed for our printer.
