I have outside vendors handle printer repair. Most recently, I got
Berkeley Technika, Inc. 450-1700, from the HP Support page and they have
repaired two HP lasers for us. I wasn't overwhelmed by their service but
they did get the job done. There are several other vendors listed on HP's
page.
