SOLUTION: OpenClient not loaded successfully
The OpenClient installer creates user environment variables which path to
Sybase directory needed for OpenClient to load
successfully. Unfortunately, if you are logged onto Windows NT/2000 as a
user other than the one who installed the software, the variables are never
set.
Thank you to Jonathon Ye, the solution is to place those user environment
variables into the system environment variables thus allowing the variables
to load regardless of the user logged on.
