Berkeley campus WHSG's recent authorization as a Dell Premier Access
Service Center.
As a Premier Access Service Center, WHSG offers a comprehensive range
of support offerings for departmental and personal Dell computer
system owners. Our range of support services includes in-warranty
service, post-warranty service, hardware troubleshooting, module
replacement, drive replacement, ram upgrades, data recovery,
operating system and connectivity support.
Our technical and support staff is certified to service Dell computer
products. By utilizing WHSG's expertise, you can minimize the
down-time and support cost of your Dell systems. We have immediate
access to Tier 2 Dell technicians and other Dell resources. To
better suit your needs and time constraints, we offer in-house and
on-site service as well as free pickup and delivery.
WHSG can serve as your department's single-source for support or to
supplement existing internal support. We encourage you to contact us

systems.
