    Dear Listserve Administrators,

    I am interested in the best way of widely disseminating conference and talk
    announcements around campus. Is there any such thing as a master list of
    people like yourself who administer the various email lists for particular
    departments? In other words, people to whom announcements could be sent and
    who would then decide if it was an appropriate posting for their department?
