[Micronet] hex/dec file editor or reader

    There a very nice Shareware vi editor for Windows called "Lemmy", available
    from http://www.drizzle.com/~james/lemmy.html

    I'm not sure how to show everything as hex, but you can get it to display
    tabs as ^I, and end of lines as $, as follows:
    o Select View/Properties from the toolbar.
    o Go to the "vi settings" tab.
    o Check the box labelled "list".
