Recently I have had a couple of reports about poor technical support
for ColdFusion from Allaire Corp. If you have had a recent problem
in the regard, please send me a summary that covers (a) the problem
you experienced with ColdFusion and (b) your efforts to get support.
I plan to forward the responses to the vendor as examples of how
their support service isn't working, to start a dialog on this issue.
