The Scholar's Workstation (TSW) & The Workstation Hardware Support Group
(WHSG) are pleased to welcome Mr. David Vanderhule from Dell. David will be
conducting an on-site Service and Support workshop for I.T. Professionals
and Departmental Support Staff.

various on-line tools can empower campus IT professionals to provide
better service & support to Berkeley campus customers.
