As part of an ongoing effort to improve customer experience, IST is pleased to announce the unveiling of the new Services & Solutions Catalog ( http://ist.berkeley.edu/services). This new format combines the wide range of IST services into user friendly categories making information easier to find.
 
The redesign focused on user-centered design (UCD) philosophy. Prior to release, the project team conducted usability with campus customers and where feasible, incorporated participants’ suggestions.
 
The project team was comprised of members of the IST Technical Account Management team (TAM) and the OCIO Communications team. We encourage you to become acquainted with the new Services & Solutions Catalog ( http://ist.berkeley.edu/services).
