CalAgenda's application server, which supports the web client and mobile
syncing started experiencing problems early this morning. While the
CalAgenda team has been working closely with the vendor on resolving the
problems, access to CalAgenda from both the web client and the mobile
devices will remain unavailable through the remainder of today and also
tonight.

The CalAgenda team will be rebooting the server at 6 p.m. tonight
(Friday, November 21). The server will be up and available to desktop
clients shortly after that. We'll begin a maintenance task on the server
later tonight at about 11:30 p.m. This maintenance task will leave the
server unreachable until it is finished at about 6 a.m. tomorrow morning
(Saturday, November 22). We will be monitoring the system closely at
that time to observe its performance.

If you experience problems with CalAgenda after this time, please call
the IST Service Desk at 642-8500, option 2, then option 2. You can also
check on CalAgenda's status on the IST Service Status page at
http://ucbsystems.org/.
