Process mapping software

Hi folks,

I recall a discussion on one of the berkeley lists about this...it goes
by many related names: workflow mapping, process mapping, business
process mapping. I'd like to find something free or cheap, for Windows
(though hopefully cross platform). I didn't find anything in the
archives and nothing on the software.berkeley or TSW sites.

Thanks, Michael
