Mailman migration is complete

Hey Everyone,

Just to let you know that the migration of lists to Mailman is complete.

There are a few bugs that we are smoothing out, if you do receive anything
unusual from your lists, please send a message to consult_at_berkeley.edu

We are working on the KB articles as questions arise.
