There was some discussion a few weeks ago about whether installing a
Windows upgrade license was OK on Parallels.

The attached note is from Microsoft to the Educause Licensing group.
Hopefully it clarifies this issue. Unless you have Software
Assurance, you must purchase a full product license not an upgrade to
run Windows in a Parallels environment and keep the MacOS, too.
