HI,
I was able to use Apple Software Update on multiple machines early in the
week, but it has failed to download any updates to any machine for me
Thursday & Friday, which is awkward, as I am building a server that needs
its updates. Has anyone else seen this problem, or am I missing
something? I noted someplace that there was interest in experimenting
with controling updates - if that is the case can get the appropriate
information?
I am a new technologist that started a week ago today in Academic
Achievement Programs, supporting Macs, PC's, an Apple Server, and
Filemaker Server. Being new here, I am a little green in terms of UC
Berkeley still.
How do Apple repairs get handled on campus? Centrally? Or by techs
wherever they are? I am Apple Service Authorized...
Thanks for your patience and any help you can offer a new tech to campus!
