Are there any updates to this post?
My supervisor and I are beginning the process of re-defining my job
card and we're wondering if we should hold off for the time being.
The Career Compass website hasn't added a Operational & Technical
matrix within the Desktop Support family which would be very helpful
in determining where the majority of my job duties fall.
I'd be willing to bet that I'm not the only one on campus whose job
duties are spread amongst at least a couple of Job Families making
the process that much more difficult.
Thanks.
