Quota increases for Calmail and WebFiles

The UCB Messaging Steering Committee and IST-IS Collaboration Tools
Group are pleased to announce increased default quotas:

   * 250 MiB of storage for CalMail
   * 300 MiB of storage for WebFiles

These new quota values replace the prior defaults of 100 MiB for
CalMail and 50 MiB for WebFiles.

CalMail accounts with quotas less than the new default have already
been raised to the new values. WebFiles accounts with quotas less
than the new default will be increased during the week of May 21,
2007.

These increases are largely the result of active work to decrease
storage costs. We will continue to increase quotas as we work with
the IST Storage Group to decrease the cost of storage for
collaboration services.

Additionally, we're working on improving the process through which
additional quota on a per account basis can be requested.
