Calnet and AWS announcement

Previously we had announced an e-mail alerting program for those CalNet ID
holders whose passphrases would be invalid with the planned new CalNet
systems. This message is to announce that we now have nearly 46,000
synchronized passphrases and have discontinued the e-mail alert campaign.

Beginning next week instead a selective change to the AWS pages themselves
will alert *only* those remaining CalNet ID holders of non-compliant
passphrases of the need to change their passphrase to a compliant version.
The web message to be received *only* by those failing the automatic
synchronization process will be as in the appended text versions at the end
of this notice.

The new passphrase requirements are described here:

To repeat, once a passphrase satisfies these requirements, the AWS will no
longer display the reminder notice to the CalNet ID holder.
