Dear All -
After a bout of hard disk swaps (data controller died), I seem to
have lost my beloved Techno truetype font that came with past Mac
operating systems (pretty sure the OS 8.x and 9.x).
I've just checked the old OS 9 installer CD, and the font seems to
not be there...
It's not as if I don't have several legal licenses to MacOS 8.5 or 9
lying around here...and before that UC had MacOS site licensing.
Any ideas on where to get it? Legally? Or on which installer CD I
might find it?
I haven't found another font that quite fits the bill for signs--not
too modern, and not too archaic---but if anyone has suggestions for
something similar, I'd appreciate that too (a plain Art Deco type
would probably work well).
