Web Based Hourly Reporting System for our Tutors?

Hello All.
The Student Learning Center is looking to implement a web based
system that would allow our tutors (student staff) to report hours on
a weekly basis. I'm wondering what similar systems others may be
using.
Here is a list of what we're looking for:
A web based system that our student staff will access via CalNET.
Be able to report hours in detail on a weekly basis.
The weekly report is accessed by a supervisor who reviews, sends back
for revision, or approves for each supervised student staff.
Once approved, report is archived and unchangeable.
Monthly (or pay period) totals are accessed by payroll staff who
either manually enter data from printed reports or (better) have the
ability import the data into a their current local Excel based system
or some new system that could even be directly connected to UC
Payroll.

I'd like to hear from anyone who has any kind of hourly time reporting system.
