The replies to this inquiry are fascinating for us to read here in
our department.
See, we had fast, reliable, inexpensive HP service for years that we
can no longer get -- from WHSG/CCRS. They recently stopped offering
this service and downsized, apparently due to a lack of on-campus
business.
It seems from the replies that many departments have been using 3rd
party vendors for years.
