Does anyone have a recommendation for a HP Printer Repair company that has
already had their insurance cleared for on-site work here?
We tried Computercare which was recommended by Scholar's Workstation but
they were very expensive. They charged almost $600 to come out and change
a fuser roller on HP 4000. Although we were told by Scholar's Workstation
and Tara at Computercare that there was a flat fee of $125 for on-site
visits there was actually an additional $30 travel that they added on to
the bill. They charged us $350+ for the part which only costs $225 and did
not give us an estimate for the work before performing it although we
requested this.
Any suggestions of another vendor would be greatly appreciated.
