Entourage 2004 Calendar printing

A friend just asked me how to get Entourage 2004's calendar module to
print his weekly calendar as a grid (i.e. the way the weekly calendar
is displayed on the screen). By default, it seems to want to print
the calendar in a two-column view with half the week in the first
column, and the other half in the second column. Any
ideas/tips/pointers for how to change this would be greatly
appreciated.
