Re: 10.4 for recent purchases

Hi Marilyn,

Just to clarify:
TSW has been working with Apple to cover existing inventory of
non-Tiger'ed machines beginning April 29th, Tiger's release date.
Machines purchased from that time forward without Tiger preloaded on it
will come with a free retail box of Tiger. Please keep in mind that
Tiger will initially come on DVD media format only. If your computer
does not have a DVD-capable optical drive, Apple offers a CD version
via its media exchange program for $9.95.

My apologies for the confusion, but this was not made apparent to TSW's
staff yet as we were still negotiating with Apple and our staff have
not yet been briefed on this new development.
