OS 10.2.8:
Live Update won't work. I've had problems installing Norton 9.02 on
a user's computer. I get a message that says Live Update is missing
some parts try re-installing. I've done this to no avail.
I thought if I manually deleted everything associated with Norton &
Live Update and started over I might have success.
But, I can't delete Live Update folders: I get a message: Cannot
delete belongs to root.
I've gone to Get Info and changed ownership and permissions but I
still can't delete.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
