Since I am sure that all of you are busy testing your users' systems
for tomorrow, here is something you can look for to make sure they
are using SSL/TLS and SMTP AUTH when sending mail.

Have them send you a message. Expand the headers. You should see
something similar to this:

The (account ....) indicates that they are using SMTP AUTH.

The "with ESMTP-TLS" indicates they are using SSL/TLS.

Estimated time for the new requirements to go into place is 11am.
