The General VPN service for campus has a different configuration profile
than the special VPN for Lonicera PPS/OPTRS applications. If you want
both profiles, choose the second client. A newer version (4.6.0) of the
client itself is now available for early testing or if you need to
troubleshoot the existing release (4.0.3F):

This single installer version for the 4.6.0 client software has these
profile choices explicit within the installer UI itself.
