Ian,
Not a stupid question at all and to be honest, we haven't tried it
anywhere else other than Tolman. I can ask them to try elsewhere to
see what results they get. We assumed it was individualized to those
computers and/or those cards because others have been able to
connect, in fact, just this afternoon, someone brought in an older
iBook with an older Airport card for some unrelated issue and it was
detecting Airbears fine.
