Connect to Server?

Hi, Mac Pro's

I have a G4 that I recently upgraded to 10.3. The user requires access
to a Mac Server on the network so they go to "Connect to Server" option
and then type in /at/ISS%20Server:* and clicks connect. The error
message comes up each time saying either a name or password is not
correct and will not allow a connection BUT when the user goes to the
browse for server function the server shows and she can access the
server from that direction.

Anyone have any idea's on why the "Connect to Server" function does not
provide the access that the browse function does?

Thanks,

Charles (not to swift with Mac's)
