cdop and apple courses

If you have signed up for CDOP to enroll in one of the Apple training
courses, here are some tips. I've registered for a few Apple classes with
CDOP and run into a few hurdles.

1) get apple to generate an invoice - CDOP needs some kind of receipt or
record of registration. however, Apple doesn't generate a record of
registration unless payment is made. TO get around this, email Apple
Training to generate an invoice that they can send to you and CDOP.

2) CDOP will not contact you to confirm class enrollment. - so if submit
your forms, and you don't hear from CDOP at all, then it means they've
enrolled you.

3) If you are registered in an Apple course, you will immediately get an
email confirming registration into the course. If you do not hear
anything from Apple, then it means that CDOP has sent the money to Apple,
but Apple has not received it. Sometimes CDOP will send the money to Apple
as an electronic transfer, but Apple Training may not be alerted that this
money is available, so you'll have to contact them and let them know that
this money has been sent.

Bottomline, if you don't hear from either CDOP or Apple in a couple of
weeks after CDOP has confirmed receipt of your application, then your
registration process into the class is not yet complete.
