Re: problems with network connection on Mac G4

Are the DNS server IPs set... missing those can generate problems with
opening web sites. If you put in the ip address of a web site instead of
the url do you still have the same problem. Can you ping another computer?

DNS would not account for the other two problems, at least not the scanner
issue. Is the scanner USB, and is it compatible with OS X. Have you used it
with another Mac running OS X.
