Changes to TSW department order process

TSW is making some improvements to its shopping cart and order
management processes for department purchases. These are in response
to customer feedback and the need to closely adhere to UC accounting
and purchasing policies and procedures.

A few of the highlights are:

Save and retrieve shopping carts for later completion by the customer
or department purchasing staff
Set up user, billing, delivery contacts and COA string profiles for
easy data entry
View recent web order history and invoice billing records
CALNET Authentication required to complete orders and view order history

TSW will be offering two sessions to give requesters and purchasing
staff an overview of the new department shopping cart and order process
from start to finish. We'll show how to create, save and retrieve
carts, create customer profiles and COA strings, complete the order and
how to view web order history and processed billing invoice records.

Two sessions are offered: Tuesday, July 6, 9am-11am or Friday, July 9,
9am-11am.
Room 150 University Hall.
No reservations necessary.
