Mac and Windows support websites to be removed

As we first announced a bit over 2 years ago, we are decommissioning
the Macintosh Support and PC/Windows Support websites. This was
originally scheduled to happen at the end of 2003, but will now
happen on Monday, February 23, 2004. These sites have not been
updated for more than two years and the information is therefore very
inaccurate and out of date.

The most commonly used portions of these sites--the software
downloads--are now available from http://software.berkeley.edu. A
good list of other current support websites is available at
http://comp-resources.berkeley.edu/

If any of your sites link to pages on the now-defunct Mac and
PC/Windows support sites, please update your links as soon as
possible. The URLs that pointed to these sites were:
