There's a coupla options.
you can try the 3M Privacy Filters which supposedly allow only someone
siting right in front of the screen to view the material.

or more expensive maybe a HMD (head mounted display)

there also used to be a company called InvisiView that sold a laptop
modification so the laptop screen became polarized and was viewable only
with polarized glasses. There might be other companies that sell similar
items.
