   A postscript: as my colleague Anthony Roybal noted, some
Macintoshes came bundled with a collection of third-party software,
including Snapz Pro.

   One Mac we examined, for instance, came bundled with Snapz Pro
1.0.1. The current version is 1.0.8; the vendor, Ambrosia Software,
appears to be offering a $19 upgrade price to those receiving Snapz
Pro as part of their Macintosh's software bundle.

   Another possibility for your BFS user to check out ...
