Attachment problem solved

Hi again,

We seem to have discovered and fixed our attachments problem. It seems
the user turned on their personal firewall protection a few weeks ago.
They remembered that bit and turned it off. Attaching became doable
again. Hopefully anyone with a similar problem may now find relief.
