I get the following in the error logs when I try to launch
the new X11 on an "archive & install" (over 10.2.8) 10.3 update:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
2003-10-27 16:49:03.279 X11[11321] Could not connect the action run:
to target of class X11Controller
2003-10-27 16:49:03.279 X11[11321] Could not connect the action run:
to target of class X11Controller
2003-10-27 16:49:03.280 X11[11321] Could not connect the action hide:
to target of class X11Controller
2003-10-27 16:49:03.281 X11[11321] Could not connect the action
unhide: to target of class X11Controller
Unrecognized option: --xquartz-be-xinit
-------------------------------------------------------------------
The machine has had previous Apple X11 installs, which in
turn were on top of XFree86/OrobOSX installs. (Actually, I get the
same problem on another machine with a similar history.)
Anybody seen similar errors? Any suggestions?
Thanks!
-Greg
