Microsoft Settlement

Many of you may have received information about making claims under
the class action settlement reached by Microsoft and the California
claimants represented by Townsend and Townsend and Crew. UC
attorneys are looking into the question of whether UC is covered by
this settlement. That question must be resolved before UC can decide
about a process (if any) for organizing UC's claims. I will forward
information to multiple lists once I have something definite.
