Folks,

I have a severely fragmented startup drive on a G4 DP 800, OS 10.2.6. I have
Norton Utilities Speed Disk installed on that drive, but I don't have the
original CD. (Well, I have it, but I can't find it.) So my question(s)
is/are:

1) Is SpeedDisk the way to go to defrag this drive.

2) If it is, are there any magical ways to run the application from another
source (I have a second internal drive, but with no system on it. I use it
as a "scratch disk" for DV video.)

3) If it's not, what's the recommended software to use to defrag the disk.

4) And lastly, is there Mac software supported by the campus that would be
available for this purpose.

Thanks,

Bond
