One option: Apple's Keynote application -- available for $49 to
campus departments and $79 to campus-affiliated individuals from TSW
-- can import and export PowerPoint presentations, and can present a
slide show on one display while showing speaker notes on a second
display. (The recently released version 1.1 reportedly offers
significantly improved PowerPoint import/export capabilities.)
