In this case essentially filesharing: I am uploading files for our website.

In an OS 9 world, they'd recommend an SSH application (say, MacSSH):
but WSSG simply says that no application is needed (therefore not
provided) for OS X users, to use Terminal. I could get up to speed
on this UNIX stuff, but I'd prefer a GUI-approach, at least while I
absorb a new language.

What are my options?
