University Relations has a position open for a full-time temporary
help desk person.
This is a Computer Specialist II - available immediately.
Work hours:Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week)
Must have working experience at a technical/administrative level in
a LAN environment of:
1. MAC HARDWARE
2. MAC OS X AND OS 9.x
3. PC HARDWARE
4. WINDOWS NT 4.0 WORKSTATION
5. WINDOWS 2000 WORKSTATION
6. HP AND EPSON PRINTERS
Must have a proven record of providing excellent customer support
of hardware and software. Must have good verbal, telephone and
organizational skills and be able to work with little supervision
under department guidelines. Must be able to work alone or with a
team.
