Well, the AppleTalk abatement hits our building on Monday.
I've been converting folks over to lpr printing on their OS9 Macs.
Today we discovered a problem: printing a BAIRS report from
within the Citrix client produces a job in the Mac printer window,
generates blinkin' lights on the printer (HP LaserJet 4050N Series),
clears from the printer queue window on the Mac without errors...
then the blinkin' lights stop, the printer display says READY, and
nothing is printed.
I got a call in to the BAI support folks shortly before they
closed for the day... they suggested I try to rename my PPDs to "HP
LaserJet 4050N Series PS", but no joy.
Does this ring a bell for anyone else who's tried to do lpr
printing via Citrix?
Thanks!
