Hi--
A faculty member has been unable to use the home ip/faculty modem for
the past day or two. The modem connects and immediately disconnects.
He's dialing in from Berkeley.
He's on a Mac OS 9.0. He hasn't changed any of his "remote access"
settings lately, nor Eudora, etc.
Advice?
