[MAGNet] G4: Network Communication Failed

Hi All,
Seems I'm having network issues with my G4
updated today to OS 9.2.1 and ran Apple Ethernet Update 2.0. The
problem still happens.

I can count on losing network communication every time I try to
backup files using Retrospect 4.0. During an Immediate Backup, some
files will be backed up but I'll get a Net Retry and then the backup
will stop with error: network communication failed.
Once that happens, my computer is no longer connected to the network,
Eudora, Netscape, etc no longer work. Once I reboot, the problem is
remedied.
Any ideas?
