Yes, there are two relevant lists--pcsystems and micronet. Micronet
is pretty general, and PCSystems is a bit more PC-specific. To sign
up for these lists, send mail to:

        majordomo@listlink.berkeley.edu
with:

        subscribe micronet
        subscribe pcsystems

in the BODY of the message.
